Class Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy (Effective March 2nd, 2026)

We understand that plans can change. Because class sizes are limited and materials are prepared in advance, the following policies apply to all bookings.

Rescheduling

• 7 days or more prior to class: Reschedule at no charge.

• Within 7 days of class: $100 transfer fee applies.

• Within 48 hours of class: $200 transfer fee applies.

Rescheduled classes are subject to availability.

If you are unable to attend and rescheduling is not possible, you are welcome to send someone in your place. Please notify us in advance with the replacement participant’s name and contact information.

Cancellations

• More than 7 days prior to class: 75% refund of total payment.

• Within 7 days of class: 50% refund of total payment.

• No call / no show: Full payment is forfeited.

By booking a class, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined above.
